TTDA Rules & Regulations

  1. Kindly make every term fees payment on or before 5th " Avoid late payment". No pupil will be allowed to dance unless all fees have been paid. Parents should compulsorily get receipt for every payment made.
  2. Parents are required to notify the studio or inform teacher when their child will be absent from class. If more than 8days leave is taken without prior information registration will be cancelled.
  3. Please notify the office of any change of contact information.
  4. All students must follow the dress code. Proper dance attire must be worn for all classes.
  5. Valuables should not be brought to the studio, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  6. Students will be responsible for any damage they may cause to the studio's property.
  7. There will be no refunds for missed classes and no make up classes except class is cancelled by the studio.
  8. There will be no gum chewing allowed in the studio.
  9. Students should be picked up within 15 minutes from end of the class time.
  10. Students only are allowed in class. Parents are not permitted.
  11. It is the responsibility of the parent to make sure they are receiving all information given out at the studio please check the bulletin board for all information.
  12. Shoes are to be worn in the western dance class.
  13. All students should keep their bodies clean and healthy ! Get proper rest, drink lots of water per day and eat healthy foods.
  14. Please respect our studio – We must all work together to keep it a clean and healthy environment.
  15. No student should quit in between the course period. If so, they have t pay the month of payment.
  16. Fees once paid will not be refundable.
